MOZA service????

#1 Post by Dave_K » 23 Mar 2026 18:19

Hi all,

I was hoping that when I splashed a big wedge of cash on new MOZA kit, that it would come with some sort of support?

I got the TSW and Multifunction stalk and an R9 base plus bracket and an ESX wheel as well.

To use the stalks you have to fit an extension tube to the base first. Turns out my extension tube is loose on the base so the massive TSW wobbles like a lap-dancer on a friday night :o I was not impressed so reached out to support.

After about a week I finally got a reply, they requested a video, serial numbers etc, all these were sent back. another week and it seems my extension was not made correctly and I needed to replace a part of it myself - I agreed to do this.

That was a week ago and not heard back since, despite many prompts,

I must say that MOZA support is terrible, even more so considering the cost of the kit,

I tried joining the Discord thread but it just refuses to accept so I can't use that avenue.

Well, after a few weeks waiting, the new extension hub arrived and was just as bad as the original one.

I'm pretty disgusted with the quality of Moza stuff, being premium price I was expecting more. I have replied to service and on their social feed but this time it looks like the R9 base will need changing unless i was unlucky to get two bad extension hubs.
