Mod for multiple stages in button mapping?

SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Mod for multiple stages in button mapping?

Moved to help request as this is not a mod release

Is there a mod that allows custom button mapping, or lets you remap controller buttons?
Specifically, I’m looking for the ability to create separate bindings like:

Retarder: Off
Retarder: Stage 1
Retarder: Stage 2
Retarder: Stage 3
Retarder: Stage 4
Retarder: Stage 5

Engine brake: Off
Engine brake: Stage 1
Engine brake: Stage 2
Engine brake: Stage 3
Engine brake: Stage 4
Engine brake: Stage 5

High beams: Off
High beams: On

Wipers: Off
Wipers: Stage 1
Wipers: Stage 2
Wipers: Stage 3

And other features that have different stages....
