NE of Redding, CA, E of CA-299, undiscoverable resting place

Northeast of Redding, California, east of CA-299, there is an undiscoverable resting place. The path that I suspect leads to it is blocked by a hologram X barrier.

Combined with similar issues, this prevents discovery of California beyond 99.99%

Incidentally, the default map without the DLC still has several visible sections in inaccessible states. Therefore, these states are shown in the statistics with 0% explored roads, as you can see in the screenshot from the previous message. In some sections, you can mark the end point of the route, while others are only visible from a distance and disappear when you zoom in on the map.

This is almost certainly an incorrectly guarded item, and indeed we've discussed this one before: viewtopic.php?t=347987

that rest area looks like its part of the Oregon DLC as 299 takes you into Oregon, right past that rest area
