I've explored the whole country, but it's not 100%.

Even though I have fully explored the entire country of Norway on the in-game map, it remains at 99.99%. I checked every point one by one using a zoomed-in map with free camera mode, and there are no undiscovered (grey) areas left. Additionally, I used mods that change the color of undiscovered roads to verify, and still found no unexplored locations in Norway.

At the same time, using this mod, I noticed that in France—which appears as 100% completed—the service in the city of Bordeaux was actually undiscovered. To verify the accuracy of the mod, I disabled it and checked the game in its default state, and indeed, the service was not discovered, even though France still shows as 100%.

I would like to request that this in-game issue be reviewed.

Countries show as 100 when the count ticks over 99.995%. So there's always a few small items still undiscovered when a country reaches 100%.

For those on 99.99% it means there is an item or five missing still. If you can identify a piece that can't be turned yellow, you can make a bug report for that in the bug reporting forums - viewforum.php?f=40

No bugs, I completed the entire map 100%. There's probably a point missing. Sometimes it may stay at 99.99. When you complete other areas, it will show 100%. I think it is due to the map connection points.

If it's at 99.9 then you are still missing some spots. They may not be obvious and they may be SCS bugs, but nevertheless you are still missing items.

This is not entirely true (and believe me, there are some items you cannot discover currently with v1.59.1.3 that are most definitely bugs) as once you get the overall map to 99.995% the game shows all countries as being 100% even when they are not.

For example, bus terminal connection road. in Helsinki, Finland. There are only a few points like this. However, the maps seem to be 100% discovered. This point does not turn yellow in any way.
