Paid Mods: Alowed?

I understand that paid mods aren't allowed on this forum. But I want to know if SCS prohibit the creation of paid mods, or if they only don't allow the advertising of paid mods on their stuff (for example, by not allowing people to post paid mods on the forum).

So, basically can I make some paid mods, but to comply with rules, NOT post/talk about them/mention them on this forum?

You can make paid mods. But you are not allowed to publish/advertise/talk about them on forum. Its against the rules
