@Space_Night. While I know very little about ram usage in AMD systems: I can tell you that on my system (specs in post Above) the games use about 3-4 GB of ram max.
Promods along with many other map mods are not necessarily "optimized" everywhere(especially in cities). I've seen guys with 3080's and 64GBs of ram get stuttering. 16 GB's is more than enough ram. Unless of course you've got a memory leak somewhere. LOL

I finally upgraded my old PC. I originally planned to do it when i would pass my finals in summer, but my old MoBo was more and more unreliable and it kept on crashing, plus my CPU was nearly 8 years old, so yeah.
I got a Ryzen 5 2600, running on stock clocks, for now at least, a matching MSI B450 Tomahawk board, 16GB of Corsair Venegance LPX and an Arctic Freezer 33 eSports CPU cooler. I added a 2TB archive storage drive from WD aswell as a NVMe SSD with 250GB capacity for the OS and the few programs i have. I recycled my older two 1TB WD Blue drives, one will hold games that i dont usually play often like Just Cause or GTA5, the other one is purely for footage i will record with the NVidia Experience tool.
The Crucial MX500 with 480GB will hold games i regulary play like ETS2, ATS, Forza Horizon 4 and stuff like WoWs, WoT. I hate long loading times

I am still using the PSU i had to buy in novemer, the old one died, and the old, trusty GTX 770 from Gigabyte. Probably going to replace it with the 1660Ti when i pass my finals, if the 770 lives until sommer i mean.

Housing the new hardware is a Corsair Carbide Spec-04 with the Tempered Glas sidepanel. Looks beauftifum imo <3
I will redo the cable management soon, i will get some custom sleeved extensions from CableMod next month

I upgraded during Black Friday. Yeah, guilty as charged

The R5 2600 got replaced by the R7 5800X, and i have to say its a beast. Board got replaced by the Asus ROG B550A. Entrry level ROG stuff, but its keeping the 5800X nicely fed in terms of power and voltage. It boosts to 4,9Ghz and i think i could squeez it over the 5Ghz barrier.
I now have 32Gigs of Corsair Venegance Pro RGP in white, fitting the whiteish board. GPU stayed the same, it still runs great. I added a PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD with 1TB capacity and another 1TB Sata SSD, both used for games. Loading times are awesome, to say the least.

They all moved into a new chassis. Grabbed the Corsair 4000D Airflow for a good price off of ebay and added some Arctic P12 ARGB fans for the required unicorn barf inside the case
