The pedals Pots are probably getting worn so they’ve lost some precision. It’s not a big job other than it’s lots of screws. You could try some contact cleaner on them and cross your fingers.
Edit:If you’re not up for that you could add a small dead zone to the pedals that would probably help too

INSTG8R Thank you so much for your help. I unscrewed the base off the pedal box and there was so much dust and lint! There was also hair and leaf matter. :shrug

I used a compressor with a blower gun and cleaned it all out and now the pedals are working perfectly.

I’m glad you were able to sort it out. Sometimes it just takes a little maintenance. I know I had my G25 for almost 10 years and needed to do the same.
