Radio Paradise, love the station, listening to them for over 7 years and even contribute every now and then. They are based in California but play internationally all kinds of songs of all genres, from Pink Floyd and Johnny Cash all the way down to lesser known artists. No commercials as it's listener supported, just some hints to their phone app every now and then. Would love to see them getting some more attention by having them included into ATS.

While ATS has not yet made it to the east coast, here are a couple entries from community/public radio stations representing the US "classical" music of Jazz:
