In the game there are signs of a needle, but in the video are the needle. Google translator can not do it very well translate from Czech. Jenoduše ve hře je ručička pod nápisy no v reálném volvu je ručička nad nápisy. Snad je někdo z moderátorů čech...

This red needle is in game behind the numbers. IRL is that needle above the numbers.

Looks like some shader overlaying (the dif_lum ones) problem in my opinion.

There is a simple but not effective solution. If you change Scale in options, problem dissapears:

However, if you restart the game, bug will appear again.
SCS should check it.

I understand the problem now, and wonder why I did not see that?
I drive with scale 400, could that be it?
I will check and report it, when I return home at midnight. (After a looong day of work)...
