Bit OT, but I have to ask....what hardware do you have that can do 400?
My i5 3570K with an HD 6950 gave me like 10-15FPS at that scaling :O

400% scale is not that heavy. But for me it doesn't add much, it's better to use NVidia Inspector and SGSS.
